- tercero. de la parte resolutiva de la sentencia T-585 de 2006 proferida por esta Sala de Revision, en el siguiente sentido:
- TERCERO. ORDENAR al Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial que a los tutelantes que aun no hayan adquirido una vivienda en uso del subsidio nacional de vivienda que les fue otorgado, les conceda una prorroga de seis (6) meses para aplicarlo, contados desde la notificacion del presente fallo.
